Description: Chicken Alexia is a simple but mouth watering dish that I created in honor of my sister Alexia Wax. Alexia bravely fought Colon Cancer and was on a restricted diet. She ate simple but healthy foods and had to carefully consider every ingredient used to prepare her food. I use a good amount of lemon in this dish as it is beneficial to eat alkaline foods when treating cancer and it also tastes really really good. I will donate all proceeds raised by this recipe for Colon Cancer Awareness.
