This is a simple and delicious salad. The recipe has been scaled back to single serving, but can easily be scaled up for a larger party. We think there is a perfect balance between the savory flavors of the grilled steak and the light citrus dressing.
On a personal note, we are proud to support the victims and families of the Parkland school shootings.
